About Us: Our Story
Planet Forward was founded in early 2009 and staked its claim as the first "Green Staffing Company" in Illinois. Early on we focused solely on the Energy, Engineering and Environmental sectors. Since then, we have expanded our specialties into Vendor Management, HR Outsourcing, Technology and Administrative services. Focused on developing a paperless organization, Planet Forward has developed an all-inclusive cloud-based technology platform to support the organization and facilitate aggressive expansion. Our workday is designed around reducing our dependence on wasteful paper procedures. Not only does this promote a green corporate standard, but it also streamlines our staffing services, thus providing everyone with a unique talent match process.
By early 2010, our technology-driven model began to pay off with the opening of our second office in Cleveland, Ohio. The revolutionary approach to the staffing business has allowed us to grow the organization at an unprecedented pace throughout the "Great Depression" of staffing. When most staffing companies were firing, we were busy hiring the greatest recruiting talent available in the last 50 years. Our staff of industry experts will lead us to even greater growth opportunities as we move forward to embark on this continuing expansion.
