1. How do I submit my timesheet?
If you are a registered contractor or temporary employee, you should have received an introductory e-mail with instructions on how to submit your timesheet using PlanetOne Online Timesheet Management. If you have not received the introductory e-mail or have questions, including questions about paper timesheets, please contact your staffing consultant or our payroll department.

2. When is my timesheet due?
In order to guarantee payment for next Monday, your timesheet must be submitted to Planet Forward no later than Monday at 12:00PM CST and approved by your manager no later than Monday at 5:00PM CST. All payments for hours worked that are submitted and approved after the above deadlines will be made on the first Monday following the Monday for which the above deadlines are met. Please contact your staffing consultant if you have additional issues or questions.

3. How often are paychecks issued?
Paychecks are issued bi-weekly.

4. How and when are paychecks delivered? Are paychecks available for pick-up?
Provided you submit your approved timesheet on-time, you will be paid the Monday Following each bi-weekly period. If you are signed up for direct deposit, your funds will be deposited into your account by the following Monday. You can review the payroll schedule by clicking on General Employment Forms and then Payroll Schedule – 2011.

5. Does Planet Forward offer direct deposit to contract employees?
Yes, we offer direct deposit to all contract employees. If you are interested in enrolling, please complete the direct deposit form on our "General Employment Forms" page and fax it to the attention of the Payroll Department at (708) 505-4039. Once your direct deposit is in effect, you must register for Paylocity's Checkview in order to view your pay statements electronically. CheckView is a free service through Paylocity which provides secure online storage of paychecks and W-2s.
