The client has over 60 years’ experience in the food production and manufacturing industry. With high-speed operations and a dedicated Research and Development team, the client offers custom solutions to their food and beverage partners which can be implemented at scale.
Key Challenges
The client needed to fill a critical vacancy within their organization. Their Maintenance Manager, who oversaw a host of operations such as production and packaging, recently left the company –creating inefficiencies across production.
Filling this position came with its handful of difficulties. Since they’d be managing a significant, high-speed baking facility, the candidate needed to have extensive experience with large scale food manufacturing. More specifically, the ideal candidate would have experience with industrial and ammonia refrigeration.
The client’s internal talent acquisition team was unable to find someone with proper skillset on their own. Thus, the organization turned to Planet Forward to help close the position.
The Solution
